What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we aren't the original seller so you must contact and/or make reference to the main sellers terms for returns individually.

Requirements for a Money back refund

Most of the time these are the basic requirements for a full refund.

  • Items ought to be in new condition
  • Items have to be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) have to be unopened and still within their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic devices must have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing have to be unworn

Third Party Seller Returns Policies

Most sellers provide a returns policy comparable to our own, some seller returns policies can vary. Each seller's return policy is available on the vendor's website. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped with a seller are borne via the buyer.

Items worth over must be returned towards seller using a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at 0 or higher, insure the shipment for the price of the item and ship your return using a signature shipping service. For items below , we recommend USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you may possibly not be entitled to refund.

Large Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

To return huge or bulky item that has been delivered by a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will assist you throughout the returns process and may request you to contact our specialized customer care team, which can schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Don't refuse the delivery of your item. To guarantee that the return and refund are processed correctly.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup is requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure you have your tracking number handy.
